The onboarding flow refers to the systematic procedure for signing up on the 'Appizap' platform and navigating through the straightforward and convenient procedures for starting the development of a new application. This process aims to guide users through the initial stages of setting up their account and laying the foundation for their app creation journey. It involves a series of intuitive steps designed to streamline the registration process and make it more user-friendly for individuals looking to utilize the platform for app development purposes.

Signup

  1. Upon opening the login page of the website, you will see various options including the 'Signup' button. It is recommended that as a first-time user, you click on this button to create a new account on the platform.

  1. This webpage serves as the platform for users to establish a new account. Here, individuals are required to input their designated email address along with a chosen password and subsequently re-enter the password for confirmation purposes.

The platform is designed to provide users with immediate feedback on the strength of their password by using visual cues that are easy to understand and interpret.

  1. Once the registration process is complete, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user. This email is necessary to verify the user's identity and activate their account. Users also have the opportunity to review and make any necessary changes to the email address before the confirmation email is sent out.

  2. If the verification email does not appear in the user's inbox, they can utilize the "Resend Email" option to have the confirmation email sent again. This ensures that users do not encounter any issues in accessing their account due to email delivery problems.

  1. After the user has confirmed the hyperlink sent by Appizap, they will be granted access to the platform with ease. At this point, the user will be greeted by the welcoming page which serves as the starting point for their navigation on the platform.

  1. Users will be asked to provide their personal name as well as the name of the organization they represent. By filling out these fields, users can ensure that their contributions and interactions on the platform are attributed.

  1. Users will be prompted to select a goal from a drop-down menu that outlines their purpose for utilizing the 'Appizap' platform. Additionally, the site will request feedback regarding the user's experience and satisfaction with the process of building an application.

The onboarding procedure has been finished, and users can now embark on their app creation journey right away by choosing the 'Start Creating Application' button. Additionally, users also have the option to access the Appizap Dashboard for further customization and management of their applications.

This page is designed to invite users to begin the process of creating their own unique application.

  1. Choose the specific category of application that the users intend to create from the various options provided, such as mobile, web, or native app development. Each type of application has unique characteristics and requirements which need to be considered before proceeding to the development phase. Factors such as target audience, platform compatibility, and desired features should be taken into account when choosing the type of application to build.

  1. Please provide a distinctive and significant name for the application, along with a brief description of its purpose. Next, input the domain name that users wish to associate with the application.

  1. Choose a theme for the app by either picking from the pre-existing list of themes or creating a completely new theme from scratch. This theme will then be assigned to the application, giving it a distinct and personalized look and feel.

Once you have made your selection or created a new theme, you can customize it further to suit your preferences and branding. This customization can include adjusting colors, fonts, and layouts to match the overall design of the app.

  1. Choose the font that best suits your preference from the variety of fonts provided. This selection allows you to customize the appearance of your text according to your style and preferences.

  1. A thoughtful and impactful logo should be selected for the application to enhance its visual appeal and brand identity. This logo can easily be added to the app by uploading it directly from the user's computer or local file storage.

The users are directed to the application configuration page upon completing the creation steps. Here, users have the option of utilizing the UIBuilder tool to make modifications to the initial screen or to further refine the application settings.
