**Variables**

These are the variables that the user can define and assign values to them. These are the small storage spaces and the values stored in these variables can be accessed across all other access-enabled workflows.

#### Credentials

This is the set of credentials information that are used to connect with external APIs. If the user wants to connect to AWS app, the required access/secret keys need to be filled in and the connection is established with the app. The connection and the credentials are stored for further communication with the system.
