Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Appizap's low-code/no-code platform, services, website, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Appizap reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You represent that you can form a binding contract with Appizap.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify Appizap immediately of any unauthorized use.

License to Use the Service

Appizap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for building, deploying, and managing applications, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service except as permitted by law.

User Obligations and Conduct

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Do not upload harmful code, infringe on third-party rights, or engage in spamming, phishing, or other abusive activities.

• For low-code/no-code features: You are responsible for the applications you build, including their security, data handling, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Respect usage limits based on your subscription plan; exceeding them may result in throttling or additional fees.

Intellectual Property

• Appizap owns all rights to the Service, including code, templates, and tools. You retain ownership of the applications and content you create ("User Content").

• By uploading User Content, you grant Appizap a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

• Do not use Appizap's trademarks without permission.

Fees and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as specified.

• Payments are processed via third-party providers; Appizap is not responsible for their practices.

• Appizap may change pricing with notice.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., databases, APIs). Appizap is not responsible for their availability, security, or privacy practices.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.

• Appizap may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons, with or without notice.

• Upon termination, your license ends, and Appizap may delete your data after a reasonable period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Appizap does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appizap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Appizap against claims arising from your use of the Service, User Content, or violation of these Terms.
