The Plan & Usage section lets you instantly scale your team by adding or removing user seats from your existing subscription.

Managing User Seats (Adding/Removing User-seats)

  1. Navigate to Plan & Usage:

    Access the Plan & Usage dashboard to see your current seat count and utilization.

  2. Add a New Seat:

    Click 'Add more limits' and expand users, use the "+" button and confirm the new billing charge to provision an extra license immediately.

  3. Complete Payment:

    Process and complete the payment for the extra user-seat add-on.

  4. Remove an Existing Seat:

    To reduce your team size, locate the user and click the "Remove" option next to the user-seat.

  5. Confirm and Recalculate:

    Confirm the removal, and your next billing cycle will be automatically recalculated based on the updated number of active seats.
