Upgrading Your Plan

• To upgrade your current plan, click on the "Upgrade to 'plan'" button.

• Upgrading may offer additional features, higher limits, and enhanced capabilities depending on the new plan selected.

Downgrading Your Plan

• If you choose to downgrade your plan, select the "Downgrade to 'plan'" option.

• When downgrading to the Starter plan - for example, the following changes will occur:

  • User limit will be reduced to 5 users.

  • Storage will be limited to 20GB.

  • AI credits will be limited to 6 per month.

  • Bandwidth will be limited to 20GB.

  • These changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Important Notes

• Changes made through upgrading or downgrading will be applied at the start of your next billing cycle.

• Be sure to review your needs and plan limits before making changes to avoid interruptions in your service.
